We offer tiered engagements—Professional, Elite, and Enterprise—each with different features, user limits, and levels of consultative support. Every engagement includes a consulting review (frequency depends on the tier). Pricing is transparent, and annual plans receive a discount. We don’t provide free consultations with client-specific data, but you can book a live consultation where a product expert walks you through our features using sample data. We also offer monthly billing, so you can engage for just a month to evaluate Revify’s fit for your needs.

You can choose monthly or annual billing. Monthly billing renews each month, while annual billing is paid upfront at a discounted rate. We accept credit cards, ACH, or invoices (for Enterprise contracts). engagements renew automatically, but we’ll notify you before each renewal.

Yes. Upgrading or downgrading is easy—just contact support. Changes take effect immediately. If you cancel, you’ll keep access through your paid billing period. For annual engagements, we will refund the unused portion. There are no punitive penalties; we want you to stay because you’re getting value, not because you’re locked in.
