Yes. By default, Revify consolidates transactions into a single “base” currency (e.g., USD, EUR) for reporting. If you need views and calculations in multiple currencies, that can be arranged under an Enterprise subscription.
We can handle one primary unit of measure (e.g., liters, pounds) in the standard solution (Professional and Elite tiers). If you require calculations for multiple units of measure, contact us to discuss an Enterprise-level customization.

Within your organization, access is controlled by user roles. On our side, only authorized Revify personnel (e.g., engineers, support leads, or consultants providing your included reviews) can access your data if necessary for providing the service, maintenance, or support. All such access is strictly monitored and audited.
Your data is encrypted at rest and in transit, stored in secure cloud infrastructure with industry-standard encryption protocols. We maintain regular backups and undergo regular security assessments and audits. Our practices align with recognized frameworks like ISO 27001 and SOC 2.
Yes. Upon request, we will securely delete your data from our active systems. We may retain minimal data only as required by law or for established backup processes, but even that is fully protected until it can be purged.
No. Your personal filter settings remain private; other team members can’t see exactly how you’re filtering the data.
Yes, you can share dashboards or reports with other authorized users. You can also copy and paste dashboards and data for use in presentations or documents.
If you suspect a data error or encounter a platform malfunction, contact our support team. We’ll work with you to diagnose and correct the problem.
Performance depends on your internet speed and the complexity of the data being analyzed. Most analytics modules respond instantly or within a few seconds, while more complex calculations (e.g.: pricing scenario analyses) may take up to 10 seconds. If you’re consistently seeing slower performance, let us know so we can investigate.
Revify is system-agnostic. You can typically export your transactional data from any ERP, CRM, or other system (e.g.: into a CSV (Comma Delimited File) and upload it securely for processing.
Not usually. We provide a template for data submission, and most customers can generate this file without specialized IT assistance. Our team handles data ingestion and setup, making it simple to get started.
That’s up to you. We recommend at least monthly updates, but many customers do weekly updates for near real-time insights. Automated feeds can also be arranged in certain scenarios, and we are actively working on connectors to various ERPs and Cloud-Based Data Warehouses.
