Platform Customization

Yes. Tailored views and custom modules/fields are available as part of a custom (Enterprise-scope) engagement. Our standard engagements use a standardized configuration; if you need deeper customization, we'll scope it into your engagement.

Pricing & Engagement

We offer fixed-fee, phased engagements priced by company size — not subscriptions. Every client starts with Phase 1 (Profit Diagnostic & Value Blueprint), then can continue into Phase 2 (Monetizing Opportunities / Margin Stabilization) and Phase 3 (Competency Building). Fees range from $25K for a Phase 1 diagnostic at smaller companies up to $120K for Phase 3 at larger companies, and every engagement includes hands-on advisory support. We don't provide free trials with client-specific data, but you can book a call and we will walk you through our proven methodology and use cases. You can also start with a low-commitment Phase 1 Profit Diagnostic (2–3 weeks) to evaluate Revify's fit and quantify your margin opportunity before committing to further phases.

Each engagement is a fixed fee billed by phase and is designed to satify specific deliverables for each phase — there's no recurring subscription or auto-renewal. We accept credit cards, ACH, or invoices. Because each phase stands alone and delivers measurable value, you decide whether to proceed to the next phase.

Because engagements are phased and fixed-fee, you're never locked into a long-term subscription. You choose whether to continue to each subsequent phase, and there are no auto-renewals or punitive cancellation penalties. To adjust scope, just contact support — we want you to continue because you're getting value, not because you're locked in.
