You can choose monthly or annual billing. Monthly billing renews each month, while annual billing is paid upfront at a discounted rate. We accept credit cards, ACH, or invoices (for Enterprise contracts). Subscriptions renew automatically, but we’ll notify you before each renewal.
Yes. Upgrading or downgrading is easy—just contact support. Changes take effect immediately. If you cancel, you’ll keep access through your paid billing period. For annual subscriptions, we will refund the unused portion. There are no punitive penalties; we want you to stay because you’re getting value, not because you’re locked in.
